These Size #5 inspection tags measure 4-3/4 x 2-3/8" and arrive pre-printed with "Rejected" in bold, high-visibility text. Constructed from 13-point card stock, each tag delivers the rigidity and durability needed to survive repeated handling on a shop floor or in active receiving and production areas without premature tearing or bending.
The 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet accommodates both string and wire attachment, making these tags practical across manufacturing quality control, inbound receiving inspection, warehouse quarantine staging, and production line rejection workflows. Pre-cut 12" unpolished cotton tag string and pre-cut 12" 26-gauge tag wire are available separately for a complete tagging setup.
