Description

This 48" x 200-yard VCI paper roll delivers industrial-grade corrosion protection for ferrous metal components. The 30 lb. kraft paper is chemically treated to continuously emit volatile corrosion inhibitors that form a protective molecular layer on exposed metal surfaces, blocking rust, oxidation, and corrosion without direct-contact coatings or supplemental chemical treatments.

The 48-inch width handles large parts and high-volume wrapping tasks found in metal fabrication shops, automotive supply chains, manufacturing facilities, and export packaging operations. As a general guideline, one square foot of VCI paper per cubic foot of enclosed packaging volume is recommended; thorough wrapping maximizes inhibitor concentration around all exposed surfaces.

Each roll is constructed from 30 lb. basis weight kraft paper with integrated VCI chemistry and weighs approximately 33 lbs. The case quantity is 200 rolls, making it a practical stocking unit for facilities with continuous corrosion protection requirements. Ships via parcel carrier.
