This 36" x 200-yard VCI paper roll is a 30 lb. basis weight kraft paper chemically treated with volatile corrosion inhibiting (VCI) technology. The VCI chemistry continuously vaporizes within an enclosed space, forming a protective molecular layer on ferrous metal surfaces without requiring direct contact, coatings, or additional chemical application.
The 36-inch width and 200-yard length make this roll practical for high-volume wrapping and interleaving in metal fabrication shops, automotive parts warehouses, industrial distribution centers, and OEM manufacturing facilities. It handles applications ranging from flat sheet metal stock and stamped blanks to machined components and assembled hardware.
