This 18" x 200-yard roll of 35 lb. VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting) kraft paper is a chemically treated wrapping material engineered to protect ferrous metal components from rust and oxidation. VCI chemistry continuously vaporizes within an enclosed packaging environment, forming a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces without requiring direct contact with every exposed area.
This roll format is well-suited for wrapping individual parts, lining boxes or containers, interleaving between stacked components, and covering assemblies in manufacturing, metal fabrication, automotive, and industrial distribution environments. The recommended application rate is one square foot of VCI paper per cubic foot of enclosed packaging volume, with complete enclosure of metal parts advised for maximum protection.
The 35 lb. basis weight provides reliable tear resistance for handling and wrapping tasks. Each roll measures 18 inches wide by 200 yards long, yielding approximately 600 square feet of coverage, and weighs approximately 14.88 lbs. Sold as a single roll and ships via parcel carrier.
