The 15 x 12 1/2 x 1 inch White Stayflats® Gusseted Mailer is built from .020 white chipboard that resists bending and flexing without additional internal stiffeners. The 1" gusset expansion sets these apart from standard flat mailers, accommodating items with moderate thickness while maintaining the rigid, protective profile the Stayflats® line is known for.
