These 4 x 8 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 1.5 mil thickness, delivering a lightweight barrier against dirt, dust, and moisture. The open-end construction and FDA/USDA-compliant film make them suitable for both general product packaging and regulated-industry applications including indirect food contact.
The internal format fits small parts, hardware, components, printed materials, and retail merchandise. Common deployment environments include manufacturing lines, e-commerce fulfillment centers, distribution warehouses, and food-service packaging operations where cleanliness standards must be maintained.
Bags close with twist ties, bag tape, or an impulse heat sealer for a tamper-evident finish. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
