These 12 x 16 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at 1.5 mil thickness, delivering lightweight protection against dust, dirt, and moisture. FDA and USDA compliance makes them suitable for direct food-contact use as well as general industrial and retail packaging.
The open-end flat configuration is well suited to food processing facilities, e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution, and light manufacturing environments. Compatible closure methods include twist ties, bag tape, and impulse sealers, giving packing lines flexibility based on throughput and seal requirements.
Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier. The 1.5 mil gauge strikes a practical balance between economy and puncture resistance for soft goods, folded items, and flat components that do not require heavy-duty containment.
