Minigrip® Lab Guard® UV Protection Bags are constructed from 3 mil amber polyethylene film engineered to limit light transmission to no more than 10% across any wavelength between 290nm and 450nm. This performance level satisfies USP XXII and USP XXIII procedure 66.1, making these bags a verified option wherever photodegradation of contents is a documented concern.
The reclosable zipper seal delivers an airtight closure that blocks dust, dirt, and moisture throughout storage, transit, and bench-side lab handling. The amber tint provides immediate visual differentiation from standard poly bags, supporting accurate picking, organized inventory, and chain-of-custody clarity in high-throughput environments.
